DataFox recently released three administrator features to enhance our already robust Salesforce integration. The goal is to provide better control of your daily sync settings and quickly alert you to potential sync errors you might encounter, so you can quickly resolve any issues!
First, we’ve separated the daily sync of contacts and leads to provide added control of your Salesforce API calls.
To view this, log in to your DataFox instance and navigate to Settings > Salesforce > See Admin Settings.
Your Daily Sync is now split into three categories (Accounts, Leads, and Contacts) which will allow you to better control the daily resync rate and control your API calls.
Secondly, there is now a new table available to admins in the Settings > Salesforce > Salesforce Sync History > Daily Syncs that will provide insight into when the last daily syncs occurred and if they finished successfully or with an error. This will allow you to closely monitor large sync projects to immediately identify any potential errors.
Finally, there is now an option to opt into a daily email notifying you of any Salesforce sync errors that may have occurred in the daily refresh. This is a great way to monitor the integration and confirm any process or workflows you’ve built out in Salesforce isn’t causing an error when DataFox tries to refresh your CRM.
