DataFox is a company intelligence tool designed to help you find and prioritize target companies. This month we are announcing enhancements to the Salesforce Canvas application and account scoring calculations, along with other improvements.
Use Salesforce Canvas Without Signing in to DataFox
You can now use the Salesforce Canvas application without a separate DataFox login. If your organization has a Salesforce account with DataFox integration, your Salesforce users can view the DataFox-enriched data without signing in to the DataFox application.
Previously, only users with a DataFox login could use the Salesforce Canvas application.
Nightly Email on Resync Errors
Account Owners can now be notified by email about the resync errors for an account. To enable this nightly email, go to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce > Show Admin Settings and select the Email me about resync errors check box.
Daily Syncs in the Salesforce Sync History
Admins can now view the status of most recent daily syncs with Salesforce. To view, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce > Daily Syncs tab in the Salesforce Sync History table.
Invited Users and Deleted Users in Team Management
The Team Management tab in the Settings page is now split into Active Users, Invited Users, and Deleted Users.
The Invited Users tab displays users who have been invited to access the application. Admins can now restore deleted users using the Deleted Users tab.
Immediate Account Scoring Calculations
Your account scoring changes are now calculated immediately. When your scoring criteria are published, all your account scoring changes are automatically added to the queue for calculations. Time taken to publish the scoring criteria may vary depending upon the number of changes and the number of accounts in the queue for calculation.
For example, initial scoring calculations for an account may take three hours. Whereas, subsequent updates to an account may take just a few minutes.
